Aioli Sauce

Ingredients:

  • egg yolks - 3 unit
  • fresh garlic - 4 clove
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/3 teaspoon
  • tabasco sauce - 1/4 teaspoon
  • worcestershire sauce - 1/4 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
  • olive oil - 3/4 cup
  • water (boiling) - 3 tablespoon

Directions:

Blend together the egg yolks, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a blender or food processor for about 2 minutes.

Very slowly add the oil and mayonnaise while continuing to blend the mixture.

Add the seasonings and mix together. Add the boiling water, stir well, and refrigerate for later use.
