Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • black beans (cooked or canned) - 2 cup
  • sour cream - 1/4 cup
  • cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • salsa - 1/2 cup

Directions:

Use either a food processor or a mixing bowl and hand mixer to make this appetizer.

Blend the black beans and cumin for at least one minute until the mixture is fairly smooth.

Stir in salsa and sour cream and lightly mix. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
