  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • dry mustard - 1 pinch
  • brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • red wine vinegar - 1/4 cup
  • fresh garlic - 2 clove

Directions:

Dissolve sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, and dry mustard in olive oil.

Stir in vinegar. Peel and mince garlic and and add to dressing.
