  • vinegar - 1/4 cup
  • green onions - 1/4 cup
  • fresh garlic (peeled and minced) - 4 clove

  • fresh ginger (peeled and minced) - 2 teaspoon
  • red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon

Directions:
