Pasta Salad with Tuna, Corn, and Peas

Ingredients:

  • canned tuna (in water, not oil), drained - 1/2 cup
  • frozen corn - 1/4 cup
  • frozen peas - 1/4 cup
  • dry pasta (any type) - 1 cup
  • brown onions - 1/3 cup
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • mayonnaise - 2 tablespoon
  • black pepper - 1/5 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Directions:

This can be a complete "one dish meal":

Cook pasta according to directions, drain, and cool.

Cook corn and peas according to package directions, rinse, and cool.

Finely chop white onion.

Mix all ingredients and place in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to cool.
