  • water - 1 cup
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • honey - 1/4 cup
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • whole wheat flour - 4 cup
  • yeast - 1 tablespoon

Directions:

Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.

Blend all ingredients and then place on a large floured surface and knead for 5 or 6 minutes.

Place in a covered bowl in a warm area and let it rise for about one hour.

Preheat oven to 375F. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
