Serves:  

Ingredients:

boiled eggs: 2 large
mayonnaise: 1 2/3 tablespoons
shredded iceberg lettuce: 1/4 cup shredded
toasted bread: 2 slice small
salt: 1/10 teaspoons
black pepper: 1/3 teaspoons

Directions:

Peel boiled eggs, mash, and mix with mayonnaise.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with shredded lettuce on toast.
